CIRTPA Newsletter (The Reporter): The
CIRTPA will develop and periodically produce a newsletter to be sent to
interested parities. This newsletter will include current, completed, and
ongoing CIRTPA activities in the region.
Informational Meetings: Public meetings, informal meetings, and
workshops will be held to obtain public input, and to discuss and receive
feedback on current activities and projects in the local transportation
planning process. Staff support to the public participation process will be
provided to coordinate input from all public groups and interested parties,
in an effort to receive and consider all relevant viewpoints in the local
urban transportation planning process.
Growth Participation: Staff will coordinate input from the member
governments in an effort to receive and consider the viewpoints regarding the
transportation planning process.
MPO Homepage: The Des Moines Area MPO homepage includes a section with CIRTPA information. Staff will update agendas for the CIRTPA TTC and the CIRTPA TPC. Staff will also include the CIRTPA documents such as the UPWP and the TIP.
