| At A Glance . . . Nokil was born in South Korea, joined the DMAMPO staff on September 20, 2004. Nokil holds a B.S. from Ajou University, South Korea, in Control and Instrumentation Engineering; a M.S. from Ajou University, South Korea, in Transportation Engineering; and earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Florida International University, Miami, in April 2004, with an emphasis in Transportation Engineering. Nokil served 5 years as a research assistant at the Lehman Center for Transportation Research (LCTR), Florida International University. |
